- **Preparation of remittance letters (‘RL’) and computation of tax liabilities**:
On the basis of income reported, RL need to be prepared or reviewed to compute the total income and evaluate the total tax liability. Need to ensure that the determined tax liability has been discharged on or before advance tax due date. Liaising with the custodian to collate the data or any clarification required to compute the aforesaid income and tax liabilities.
- **Direct tax compliances - Filing of Form 15CA and Form 15CB and Income-tax returns**:
Along with the RL, if the filing of Form 15CA and Form 15CB in draft document to circulate for review or reviewing the filled Form 15CA and Form 15CB. Post confirmation, UDIN will have to be generated, Form 15CA and Form 15CB will have to filed on the Income-tax web portal (‘portal’).

Collation of data, preparing or reviewing computation of income, filling up or reviewing the Income-tax forms, preparing or reviewing notes to returns, uploading the Income-tax returns on the portal.
- **FEMA Compliances - Filing of FC-TRS forms**:
Collation of data and documents from the Authorized Dealer and client; arranging in documents in the requisite format, filling up or reviewing FC-TRS forms. Uploading the FC-TRS form on the FIRMS portal.
- **Assessments and Intimation related work**:
Reviewing the notices / Intimation received from the Income-tax department. Analyzing the notices, collating the data or documents from custodian or client / our database seek by the Assessing Officer (‘AO’). Preparing draft submission to be submitted with the AO or on the portal.

Once the submission is filled with the AO, follow up and checking the status to retrive the order from the AO. Updating clients at all the juncture.
- **Miscellaneous**:
Downloading of the MIS reports. Reconciling and formatting of the aforesaid report with the data collated from the custodian. In case of any discrepancy, liaising with the custodian seeking clarification, else sending the MIS reports to the client.

Checking whether our clients has received any new notification / Notice / Intimation from the Income-tax department.

Assisting in responding the client queries, if any.
