- Familiar with basics of direct tax and other laws like companies act read with company law rules
- Assisting in client deliverables like mergers, demergers, slump sale, share acquisition, due diligence, etc. in consultation with the Partner/Director/Associate Director/ Manager/Assistant Manager/Consultant.
