Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can generate qualified leads, engage with potential clients, and drive product demos for our software solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through social media outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Identify potential clients and schedule product demos and meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.
- Conduct client visits when required for presentations or follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and product update
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation through digital channels and cold calling.
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a true hunter for new clients.
