As a Salesperson with NVOCC experience, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing expert solutions in the shipping and logistics sector. Your deep understanding of NVOCC operations and the UAE market will be crucial in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development.
- Identify and target potential clients within the shipping and logistics industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- NVOCC Operations:
- Utilize your knowledge of NVOCC operations to offer expert advice and solutions.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee documentation and compliance requirements for NVOCC shipments.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the NVOCC sector.
- Strong knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry, particularly NVOCC operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
