**Job Title**: Tender Sales Executive

**Experience**: 6 months to 2 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Analysis**: Research and identify relevant government and private sector tenders through portals and other sources.
- **Tender Documentation**: Prepare, review, and submit bid proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) to gather required documents and approvals.
- **Vendor Registration**: Manage vendor registration on various government and private procurement portals.
- **Follow-ups & Negotiation**: Track submitted tenders, respond to queries, and negotiate terms if required.
- **Compliance & Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, approvals, and results.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing quotations, agreements, and other sales-related documents.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Knowledge of government e-procurement portals (GeM, e-Tendering, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
