As an
Account Manager
, you'll be the key link between the agency and our clients, responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects while building lasting client relationships. You will manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects across branding, digital, print, and advertising.
Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with design, content, digital, and production teams to deliver exceptional work.
Strategic Thinking:
Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
Financial Management:
Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates.
Ensure profitability on projects by managing scope, timelines, and resources.
Presentation & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
Track and report project performance and KPIs.
