Job Summary:
The Assistant HR Manager plays a key role in supporting the CompanyDirectors by executing a range of HR functions. This position demands a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on HRMS software management, payroll administration, internal HR operations and general management.The ideal candidate will effectively manage these HR tasks, ensuring they align with and support the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Software Management:
Manage and optimize the use of HRMS software for employee data management, attendance tracking,leave management, and other HR processes.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records within the HRMS.
Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements.
Internal HR Operations:
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee records; manage day-to-day HR activities.
General Management:
Support HR planning, workforce management, and alignment with organizational goals.
Offer Letter Preparation:
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and prepare HR reports.
10+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on HRMS software, payroll management, internal HR operations. _
Minimum Service Agreement : 12 Months Service .
