Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist (GTM & GA4)

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Experience: 3–5 years

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. This is NOT a generic data analyst role — you will work on paid media campaign analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), implement advanced tracking, and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize performance of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Implement and manage GTM & GA4 tracking for accurate data collection.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau.
  • Present clear, actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Forecast trends and suggest strategies based on past marketing data.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing measurement trends (e.g., cookie-less tracking).

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics (not just data mining).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
  • Strong understanding of paid media campaign metrics (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience in visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong presentation & storytelling skills for client communication.
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel.

Nice to Have

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of server-side GTM or cookie-less tracking.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript & HTML.
