Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

About the Role:
The Digital Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital growth strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Manage full-funnel marketing strategies for lead generation, acquisition, and conversion tailored to EdTech audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and continuously iterate to improve cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and cost per lead
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design compelling ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in the education and online learning sectors

Requirements:
  • At least 23 years of hands-on experience in digital growth or performance marketing
  • Prior experience working with EdTech clients or companies is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, and user segmentation
