Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth initiatives across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to execute campaigns that deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
- Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
- Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
- Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
- Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
- Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
The successful candidate will have experience in digital marketing roles where they owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO. They will also have a track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively.
