Drive Digital Growth as a Performance Marketer

Job Summary

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on various platforms to drive traffic and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing paid campaigns, strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, and hands-on experience with relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings and traffic
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI using data analytics tools
  • Optimize ads, landing pages, and keyword strategies based on performance insights
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-performing creatives
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and SEO best practices
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and relevant ad platforms
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
