Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and turning campaign metrics into powerful insights? This is NOT a data mining or BI role — we're looking for a Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist who can optimize paid media performance and deliver actionable strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) & GA4 for accurate data tracking.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau.
  • Present clear, actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Forecast trends and recommend strategies based on campaign data.
  • Stay ahead of measurement trends (e.g., server-side tracking, cookie-less solutions).

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics (not traditional data mining).
  • Expertise in GTM & GA4 (hands-on implementation experience).
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong storytelling & presentation skills for client communication.
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of server-side GTM or cookie-less tracking.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript & HTML.
