Role Overview

This is a rare opportunity to own both user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle—from performance marketing to retention strategies. You'll build campaigns that scale app downloads and increase stickiness while also driving merchant acquisition through smart targeting and funnel design.

We're looking for someone who's strategic enough to plan across multiple channels—but also hands-on enough to tweak budgets, build landing pages, or write CRM flows themselves when needed. You understand that the best growth marketers don't just buy clicks—they build cohort-led, insight-driven, full-funnel machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, UAC, ASA)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve LTV and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Own agency relationships and budgets with hands-on execution capability

Must-Have Skills

  • 8-10 years in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficient in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
  • Fintech/app/payments background is a strong plus
