Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an AGM Technical North Operation. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, managing teams, engaging in research and development, and driving product development initiatives. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely project delivery. The AGM will also be tasked with fostering team spirit and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills for planning, executing, and overseeing projects
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development
  • Strong Team Management and Team Building skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Relevant technical knowledge and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the technical service industry or similar fields is a plus
