Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohpa for an Operations Engineer. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, managing system performance, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all technological services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with the development team to deploy new applications and updates.

Qualifications

  • Network systems monitoring and hardware/software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance and optimization
  • Skills in system performance management and ensuring reliability and efficiency of technological services
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams for application deployment and updates
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
