You will collaborate closely with various teams to streamline workflows and maintain high standards of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project operations.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on operational performance.
  • Support training and onboarding processes for new team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
