Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Service-Desk Specialist (Level 1/2) located in Sas Nagar. The IT Service-Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing IT services. They will handle customer service inquiries related to IT support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. The specialist will also ensure adherence to IT service management protocols and procedures.

  • IT Service Management skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or related are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
