General Overview of the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Branch Relationship Executives to represent SBI Credit Cards inside partnered bank branches. The role involves direct customer interaction, promoting credit card products, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Lead Generation

  • Engage with walk-in customers inside the bank branch.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable SBI credit card products.
  • Generate leads through existing bank customers and branch activities.

2. Credit Card Sales

  • Present, explain, and promote various SBI credit card features and benefits.
  • Assist customers in completing credit card applications.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.

3. Documentation & Verification

  • Collect and verify customer documents as per RBI and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with backend teams for processing and approval.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with bank staff and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain high service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Participate in branch-level activities, campaigns, and promotions.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales orientation with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (preferred).
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently inside bank premises.
