About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and results -oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Algoleap. In this role, you will be responsible for full -cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent across various IT disciplines, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies like AI/ML.Key Responsibilities:Full -cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top -tier candidates for IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers).Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates.Screening: Conduct in -depth interviews, review resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including pre -employment checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation.Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify areas for improvement.Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing, etc.), and best practices in talent acquisition.Qualifications:5 -8 years of experience in full -cycle recruitment within the IT industry.Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles.Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit and Fieldglass.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are a passionate and results -oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong interest in technology and experience with the specified ATS systems, we encourage you to apply.Keywords: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, IT Recruitment, Tech Hiring, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Zoho Recruit, Fieldglass
