Job description

* Source, screen, and shortlist the candidates based on client requirements in the Pharma domain.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination, submission, and follow-ups for bench candidates.

* Collaborate directly with Implementation Partners and Tier-1 Vendors for candidate placement.

* Maintain daily submission targets and ensure high-quality profiles reach clients on time.

* Communicate effectively with consultants and clients to build long-term professional relationships.

* 4 years of hands-on experience in Pharma or Life Sciences recruitment.

* Strong experience working with Implementation Partners / Tier-1 Vendors.

* Proven ability to handle bench candidate submissions efficiently.

* Exceptional communication skills.

* A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
