**Job Title: Recruiter - I (Pharma/Clinical Hiring Experience)**

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081
**Shift Timings**: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
**Work Days**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies tailored to each department.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, ensuring that recruitment practices align with best practices and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- **3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience specifically within the CRO/Biotech/Pharma industries.**:

- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
