**Job Title**: Pharma & Life Sciences Recruiter
**Location**: Onsite Begumpet, Hyderabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for Pharma, Biotech, CRO, and Life Sciences positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation processes.
- Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, job market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field.**
- **2 6 years of experience** in recruitment, preferably within **pharma, life sciences, or healthcare staffing.**
- Strong knowledge of roles such as **Clinical Research Associates (CRA), Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, QC/QA, R&D, and Formulation Development.**
- Hands-on experience with **ATS systems** and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Must be**:

- Experience recruiting for **US/Global Pharma or Biotech clients** is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with **pharma consulting or staffing agencies.**
