Pharmaceutical Recruiter
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit pharmaceutical professionals for roles in clinical research, regulatory affairs, drug safety, quality assurance, R&D, and manufacturing.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database searches, to identify and attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Collaborate with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and handle W2 engagements efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical staffing.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences recruiting.
Strong knowledge of IT hiring trends and clinical research, regulatory affairs, drug development, and manufacturing roles.
Experience working with MSPs and W2 engagements in a staffing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing agency with multiple job requisitions.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
A strong network of pharmaceutical professionals is a plus.
Location: On-site (Begumpet, Hyderabad) ( 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST)
