Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sr. Benchsales Recruiter. The Sr. Benchsales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing IT consultants on client projects. The recruiter will develop and maintain client relationships, manage the recruitment process, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in IT recruitment and Benchsales
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage the complete recruitment process
  • Contract negotiation and compliance skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
