We are seeking energetic, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Sales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for sales and an ambition to grow in the financial services industry.

As a Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of various loan products — including personal loans, business loans, and home loans — by identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering them suitable solutions. You will be the key point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring that each customer receives professional guidance and a seamless loan experience.

Your daily tasks will revolve around achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, client meetings, telecalling, and field marketing. You will actively promote our loan products, explain eligibility criteria, and convince clients to apply through our company. The role demands persistence, confidence, and a deep understanding of customer psychology to successfully convert leads into disbursed loans.

In addition to selling, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business or referrals. Regular follow-ups, timely document collection, and coordination with backend teams for processing are integral parts of your work.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive attitude. A goal-oriented mindset and the hunger to achieve monthly sales targets are essential. Candidates with previous experience in sales—particularly in loans, insurance, or financial products—will be preferred, though we also welcome motivated freshers eager to start a career in sales.
