**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Generate leads and acquire new home loan customers through various channels (e.g., referrals, cold calls, events, digital marketing).
- Promote home loan products to potential customers and explain the benefits and features.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate loan products.
- **Loan Application Process**:

- Collect and verify client information, including financial history, property details, and credit scores.
- **Customer Service**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all home loan transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and complete.
- **Post-Loan Service**:

- Follow up with customers after loan approval and disbursement to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with any post-loan queries, payment issues, or documentation requests.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in home loan policies.
- Provide feedback on product features and customer demands to help improve loan offerings.
- **Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company for home loan disbursement and new client acquisition.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
