**Job Summary**:
The Home Loan Executive is responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the mortgage process, from initial inquiry to loan closing. This role involves assessing clients' financial situations, recommending appropriate loan products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and advise on suitable home loan options.
- **Credit Analysis**: Evaluate clients' credit histories and financial situations to determine loan eligibility.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on various loan products, rates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all loan processes comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the loan process.
- **Closing Coordination**: Collaborate with title companies and attorneys to facilitate smooth loan closings.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:

**Experience**:
- Loan origination: 1 year (required)
- Loan officer experience: 1 year (required)
