About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist who can create, manage, and scale Meta ads to drive online sales for our luxury menswear and footwear brands.

This role is for someone who deeply understands creative testing, audience building, ROAS optimisation, and e-commerce funnels with a sharp eye for luxury brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads / Paid Marketing


• Plan, create, and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce sales.


• Build full-funnel strategies: cold → warm → remarketing.


• Run Catalog Sales, DPA, Advantage+ Shopping, and high-intent campaigns.


• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC and ensure profitable performance.


• A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copies, landing pages.

E-Commerce Management


• Work directly on Shopify/website backend for pixel, events & conversions.


• Coordinate with the creative team for ad content, reels, copy, and visuals.


• Scale winning ads, pause non-performers, and improve daily budgets smartly.


• Fix tracking issues (Facebook Pixel / API / Conversion Events).

Analytics & Reporting


• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.


• Analyse user behaviour and funnel drop-offs.


• Share insights to improve leads to conversions and overall revenue growth.

Collaboration


• Work closely with:


• Founder (Kavith)


• E-com team


• Creative team


• CRM team


• Suggest new marketing ideas, landing pages, offers, creatives, and experiments.

Required Skills & Experience


• Strong experience in Meta Ads for e-commerce (must-have).


• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Pixel setup, Events Manager, GA4.


• Ability to scale budgets while maintaining profitable ROAS.


• Knowledge of creative positioning, hooks, ad angles, audience psychology.


• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.


• Experience with luxury, fashion, or D2C brands is a bonus.

₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on performance & portfolio)
