About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns with measurable outcomes such as leads, conversions, revenue growth, and ROI improvement. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and strongly data-driven, with hands-on experience in SEM/PPC platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution across Google Ads and other major digital platforms.
  • Understand business goals and design strategies to exceed performance KPIs such as CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue.
  • Structure and optimize campaigns including:
  • Targeting & audience segmentation
  • Bid strategies
  • Creative selection
  • Landing page recommendations
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, data dashboards, conversion tracking, etc.
  • Present results in Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and highlight growth outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform changes, industry trends, and digital innovations.
  • Work closely with leadership to adjust campaign strategies based on data performance.
  • Mentor team members and assist in their skill development.

Required Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEM and PPC campaign management.

  • UAC campaigns
  • Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a continuous optimization mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform under fast-paced conditions.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
  • A tech graduate or MBA preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability with a results-first approach.
