Job Title: ISM Executive E-Commerce Operations

Location: Thane

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive ISM Executive to support e-commerce operations by ensuring seamless stock management, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination between factories, warehouses, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with factories and internal inventory teams to ensure timely availability of stock.

  • Arrange and monitor dispatches of goods to relevant e-commerce sales channels.

  • Manage remote warehouse operations, including inwarding, stock tracking, and dispatch accuracy.

  • Think on your feet to resolve stock or dispatch issues with quick and practical solutions.

  • Suggest and implement replacement products or alternative plans to meet urgent requirements.

  • Ensure fastest turnaround times for dispatches while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly stock movement updates with internal teams.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (training can be provided).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or any related field (freshers welcome).

02 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred but not mandatory.
