Job Summary

As our Google Ads Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success on the Google network. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. This is a part-time, fully remote position (8-16 hours per week) designed for a self-motivated expert who excels at turning ad spend into measurable ROI and is passionate about data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and budgets.
  • Optimization & Strategy: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, refining keywords, A/B testing ad copy and landing pages, and managing audience targeting to maximize performance.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure optimal campaign structure.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to measure performance against KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CTR. Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports that translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO specialists to ensure a cohesive and powerful search strategy, leveraging insights across both paid and organic channels.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience focused primarily on managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving positive ROI. Agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth expertise in the full Google Ads suite (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Google Ads Editor. Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is essential.
  • Certifications: Valid Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, etc.) are strongly preferred.
  • Core Competencies: A highly analytical and data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication for a remote team environment.
