**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, and video, to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive clicks and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously refine ad messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies for improved results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, develop effective marketing strategies, and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to clients, highlighting key insights and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and optimizing performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.
- Experience with other digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and SEO, is a plus.
