Role Overview:

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist / Media Buyer who knows how to turn data into decisions and ad spend into scale. You'll be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling profitable campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display for D2C and eCommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for high-intent traffic.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Create and maintain structured campaign naming conventions, budgets, and reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with landing pages and offers.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM setup, and pixel implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with eCommerce / D2C campaigns and scaling performance budgets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets reporting skills.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and customer journey funnels.
  • Bonus: Experience in Meta Ads or Performance Max scaling.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership, from strategy to reporting.
  • Passion for performance marketing, numbers, and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be available for a full-time, in-office role in Kolkata.
