Job description

Job Location: Noida Sector-2

Salary up to: 32K - 40K (in hand) + PF + 8K allowance (5K Travel Allowance + 3K Attendance Bonus)

Mode: WFO

Incentives + Meal+ OT

5 Days Working (with 2 rotational Week offs)

Requirements:

  • Graduates/undergraduates can apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience for US 1st/3rd party / legal collections.
  • Should be willing to work in the US Shifts
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for interacting with the customers of our clients over the phone, web, and voicemail.
  • Planning the course of action to fully recover outstanding debt from the customers.
  • Updating the data and the information about the clients in the respective CRM systems.
  • Scheduling the payments with the debtors.
