**Educational Background (Job Requirement)**:
Under-Graduate/Graduate/Drop-Out

**Work Experience**:

- Essential: 0.6-3 Year of Experience in International BPO working for US based 3rd Party collection & 1st Party can be considered with excellent communication skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of US legal recovery will be an advantage
- Shift timings: Rotational shifts with rotational week offs

**Description of the process**:

- US based voice process. 3rd Party Collections
- Voice based process late-stage debt recovery through outbound / Inbound calls.
- This could be business or consumer.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Thorough knowledge of US 3rd Party collections business
- Knowledge of 3rd Party collection techniques
- Sound computer knowledge with good typing speed with accuracy
- Exposure of working on dialer and manual campaigns
- Understanding of regulations and statues governing 3rd party collections along with different State Laws
- Good reasoning and logical abilities
- Must have good knowledge of FDCPA & State Laws.
- Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
- Must be able to achieve individual goals and contribute to department goals as required.
