**Job Summary**:
A US Debt collection representative is a professional who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe. They must ensure that they keep their employer's assets safe while also making sure those responsible for unpaid bills are contacted immediately. We are searching for a polite, professional US Debt representative call centre. Agents to represent our third-party line of business. We are looking to hire experienced collectors who may handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.

Our professional collection representative work on behalf of some of the largest and most well-known clients in the world to collect on past due accounts. You will be responsible for corresponding with our customers to manage accounts at all stages of collections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbounds call to costumers in order to collect past due bills.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Ability to handle high volume calls.
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers.

**Requirements**:

- 1 or more years of Call Center experience required.
- Excellent negotiation skills &Communication skills.
- Good thought process.
- Experience: 6 months plus experience in any international BPO.
- Ability to work over weekends.
- Ability to multitask.
- High school diploma, G.E.D
- US process experience.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: INR up-to 35k per month

Perks: Performance bonus + Incentives

Shift: US shift/ Night shift

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
