We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Support team as Debt Collectors. The role involves interacting with international customers (primarily US-based) to recover outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in international markets (primarily the US) to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and agreements in the system.
- Adhere to compliance, regulatory requirements, and company policies during all customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection and productivity targets.
- Handle customer queries, disputes, and escalations effectively.
- Provide feedback and share insights to improve collection strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
