Excellent communication skills with minimum 6 months US collections experience

You will be responsible for

  • Able to talk to consumers and satisfy their queries.
  • Take ownership on delivering service level components, quality and targets and drive and motivates the team to achieve management goals.
  • Problem Resolution, as well as to make recommendations on process development based on analysis and customer and team feedback.
  • Ability to follow instructions and clearly defined objectives.
  • Fast learner (on both process and systems)
