Position: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Employee Role
Location: Onsite Noida Office (India-Based Candidates Only) Night Shift
Working Hours: Night Shift, 6:30 p.m. IST to 3:30 a.m. IST (MonFri; Sat & Sun off)
Role Overview:
As a BDE for Inside Sales, you will use your enthusiastic, assertive personality and proven time management skills to generate high-volume outbound telephone calls to our enterprise customers and Fortune 1000 companies. The goal is to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs), which include phone-based and/or face-to-face appointments for our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team and scheduling of meetings.
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning eLearning services.
- Execute call campaigns leveraging lead sources derived from sales, marketing programs, trade shows, and business partners.
- Present key selling points, features, and benefits while aligning with prospect needs.
- Conduct lead/prospect qualification including projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers.
- Persuade right party contacts for meetings with the sales representatives.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience selling in the US market.
- Cold calling experience is mandatory.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience in B2B campaigns.
- Internet savvy; experience with Word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
