We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with an MBA background ( Preferred ) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for outbound cold calling to US-based clients, generating leads, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities for IT services including:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations to generate interest in our IT services.
  • Qualify leads based on client requirements and pass them to the senior sales or technical team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Follow up diligently on all leads to ensure maximum closure rate.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ( Preferred )
  • Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
  • Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
  • High level of persistence, confidence, and resilience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
