Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with an MBA background ( Preferred ) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for outbound cold calling to US-based clients, generating leads, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities for IT services including:
- Website Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations to generate interest in our IT services.
- Qualify leads based on client requirements and pass them to the senior sales or technical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Follow up diligently on all leads to ensure maximum closure rate.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. ( Preferred )
- Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
- Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
- High level of persistence, confidence, and resilience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
