Job Summary:

The Business Support Manager will oversee and coordinate administrative, operational, and strategic support functions across departments. The role ensures smooth business operations, effective communication, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Support management in planning, budgeting, and business strategy execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Assist HR and finance teams with staffing, documentation, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle client communications, proposals, and follow-ups as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business operations, administration, or management support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business management software (ERP/CRM preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with leadership qualities.

Location: Palarivattom,Kochi

Preference: Male.

Salary: 12,000 to 25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
