**Job Title: Service Delivery Consultant**

**Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Relocation Required)**

**Experience: 1-3 years (or adjust as needed)**

Employment Type: Full-time

**Job Description**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_

Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Present data-driven insights to stakeholders clearly and confidently in English.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
- **Required Skills**:_

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and automation.

Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to relocate to Trivandrum.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.

Prior experience in a data-driven role or environment.

Knowledge of other BI tools or scripting languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
