Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Mumbai with a strong background in banking or financial services. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure smooth deployment of our AI voice solutions, and drive measurable results in customer experience and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the primary relationship manager for BFSI clients in Mumbai.


• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of Voice AI solutions.


• Ensure AI voice agents align with client KPIs in areas like collections, lead generation, or customer service.


• Conduct performance reviews and provide insights on ROI and process optimization.


• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve issues and enhance delivery.


• Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.


• Maintain compliance and data security standards in line with BFSI regulations.

Requirements


• 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech SaaS.


• Strong understanding of contact center operations, voice automation, or customer experience in BFSI.


• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.


• Ability to translate Voice AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.


• Based in Mumbai and open to client visits when required.
