Export Import Executive
with ourclient.

Location:Sandhurst Road / Lower Parel / Thane
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Insurance, DGD, COO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Transporters Customers.
  • Negotiate Air/Sea freight and ensure smooth booking dispatch.
  • Handle LC shipments and hazardous cargo compliance.
  • Maintain shipment records (EGM, RODTEP, DGFT / ICEGATE applications).
  • Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication coordination skills.
  • Experience in DGFT Licensing will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments efficiently.
