We are looking for an Account Assistant with strong accounting, reporting, and compliance knowledge to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance, and MIS reporting and exchange with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Handle GST & TDS – calculation, payment, and return filing.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, monthly financial statements, and management summaries.
  • Process and monitor bills receivable and payable, vendor payments, and outstanding collections.
  • Assist in audit preparation, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial operations.

Exchange Compliance & Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit EoD and BoD reports to exchanges.
  • Ensure compliance with all daily, monthly, and quarterly exchange reporting requirements.
  • Maintain records and coordinate with exchanges and auditors for compliance queries. related to accounts

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience – 3-5 years in Accounts, Finance, or Audit
  • Qualification – Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
  • Candidates from the Broking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry will be preferred
  • Hands-on exposure to compliance and reporting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
  • Experience with MIS preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally / ERP).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
