Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial closings.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, Farvision, or any other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and reconciliations.
