Role Overview
We are looking for B2B Partnerships Interns to drive LaunchED Global's engagement with colleges and corporate organizations.
In this role, you will work directly with the Strategic Partnerships and Operations teams to develop, pitch, and scale partnerships that power student employability and corporate innovation across India.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who think like founders, communicate with impact, and want to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company shaping the future of talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential college and corporate partners aligned with LaunchED Global's vision.
Draft and execute MoUs, service agreements, and commercial proposals with institutional stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to customize partnership deliverables and financial structures.
Develop and maintain a strong partner pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven outreach strategies.
Support in preparing business decks, proposals, and partnership reports for leadership reviews.
Assist in planning strategic campaigns, sponsorship programs, and industry-aligned events.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.
Awareness of B2B ecosystems in education, SaaS, or HR tech is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, or presentation software (Canva/PowerPoint).
High ownership, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
