The role of BIM Engineer - Buildings is a critical position within our organisation, requiring a high level of expertise and precision in structural modelling and design.

1. Execute complex BIM structural modelling for a diverse range of civil structures, including but not limited to industrial complexes, residential developments, commercial edifices, and specialised water retaining structures such as elevated storage reservoirs and subterranean water facilities.
2. Provide essential input and maintain rigorous coordination with the BIM modeller/structural modeller team to ensure the meticulous preparation of Numeration & Reinforcement drawings, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and detail.
3. Utilise advanced computer-aided design software, specifically Revit and AutoCAD, to create intricate and precise structural models that meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
4. Implement and oversee stringent Quality Control measures, conducting thorough proof-checking to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of all structural models and associated documentation.
5. Assume full responsibility for the timely and flawless delivery of BIM and AutoCAD outputs, ensuring that all deliverables meet the exacting standards required by our clients and regulatory bodies.

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in the relevant field, specifically in industrial, residential, and commercial building projects.
• Proven expertise in BIM structural modelling and AutoCAD is essential.
• Proficiency in Revit is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
• Excellent communication skills are imperative, as the position requires extensive coordination with team members.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognised institution is mandatory.
• Professional certification in BIM technologies is highly desirable.
• Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of their work.
