Job Summary

Fabmark Men's Clothing is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salesman to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales for men's formal and ethnic wear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
  • Provide expert advice on fits, fabrics, and styles suited to each customer.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display.
  • Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product details.
  • Coordinate with the tailoring department for customer fittings and alterations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in men's fashion or clothing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (for billing and inventory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
