Job Summary
Fabmark Men's Clothing is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salesman to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales for men's formal and ethnic wear.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
- Provide expert advice on fits, fabrics, and styles suited to each customer.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product details.
- Coordinate with the tailoring department for customer fittings and alterations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in men's fashion or clothing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (for billing and inventory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
