About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and self-driven
Sales Executives / Sales Managers
to represent
Kartar Bath Fittings
across key territories. The role is field-focused, perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and driving growth. You will work closely with dealers, distributors, and influencers to expand our presence and strengthen the Kartar brand in your market.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit dealers to understand their business needs and help them grow sales.
- Strengthen relationships and maintain a healthy balance among all dealers in your territory.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and collections.
- Appoint new distributors in major cities and support them in building dealer networks.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Visit every dealer at least once a month and ensure consistent engagement.
- Increase brand visibility through in-shop branding, boards, banners, and promotional materials.
- Organize plumber meets, product training sessions, and local marketing activities.
- Conduct market surveys and share insights for product or business improvements.
- Meet end users, architects, consultants, and government bodies to promote products and secure approvals.
- Ensure timely reporting to Head Office and compliance with CRM processes.
- Take complete ownership of your territory's growth and performance.
What We are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in
B2B Sales / Field Sales / Channel Management
(Relevant industry). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
